Pre-Launch Build Slot Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose of the booking

The booking reserves priority in miBEL’s first production run, subject to slot availability, successful payment verification and written confirmation from MIBEL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (“the Company”).

A slot reservation is not, by itself, a final purchase agreement or a guarantee of a specific delivery date.

2. Limited availability

Only the first 20 eligible and successfully confirmed reservations will qualify for the Founders’ Pre-Launch offer.

Submitting a form or initiating payment does not automatically secure a slot. The reservation becomes valid only after the Company issues an official booking confirmation containing a unique booking or receipt number.

3. Booking amount

The customer must pay the reservation amount displayed on the official miBEL website, quotation, payment page or booking confirmation.

The booking amount will be adjusted against the final purchase price of the capsule, unless otherwise stated in the customer’s written quotation or booking confirmation.

4. Authorised payment recipient

All payments must be made only in favour of MIBEL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED through:

• The Company’s official bank account;
• An authorised payment gateway on the official miBEL website; or
• An official UPI ID clearly registered in the name of MIBEL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED.

No employee, salesperson, consultant, dealer, contractor, agent or other third party is authorised to receive payment in a personal bank account, personal UPI ID, wallet or personal name.

The Company will not recognise or be responsible for payments made to an unauthorised person or account. Customers must verify the beneficiary name before completing any payment.

Every valid payment will be supported by an official receipt or tax document issued by MIBEL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED.

5. Pre-launch price protection

A confirmed reservation locks the applicable pre-launch base price stated in the customer’s booking confirmation for the validity period mentioned in that confirmation.

The price protection applies only to the agreed base model and standard inclusions. It does not automatically cover:

• Customer-requested modifications or upgrades;
• Transportation, crane placement or unloading;
• Site preparation, foundations or utility connections;
• Government fees, approvals or permits;
• Changes in applicable taxes or duties;
• Additional works not included in the original quotation.

All exclusions and additional charges will be communicated before the final purchase agreement is signed.

6. Founder Edition inclusions

Founder Edition benefits will be limited to the items specifically listed in the customer’s official booking confirmation or final quotation.

Pictures, renders, advertisements and model displays are illustrative. Final materials, colours, finishes, fixtures and specifications will be those recorded in the signed purchase agreement.

7. Final configuration and purchase agreement

After booking, the customer must complete model selection, customisation, delivery-location confirmation and required documentation within the period stated in the booking confirmation.

Production will begin only after:

• The final design and specifications are approved;
• The purchase agreement is signed;
• The required stage payment is received;
• The delivery site and access conditions are confirmed; and
• Any other agreed pre-production conditions are completed.

8. Production and delivery schedule

Booking provides priority scheduling but does not guarantee an exact production or delivery date.

The estimated schedule will be confirmed after design approval and receipt of the required payment. Timelines may change because of customisation, material availability, transport restrictions, site readiness, regulatory approvals, natural events or circumstances outside the Company’s reasonable control.

The Company will communicate any material delay and provide an updated estimated schedule.

9. Cancellation and refund

Bookings are non-cancellable and the booking amount is non-refundable. Once a payment is made and the reservation is confirmed, design work, production planning and capacity allocation begin immediately, and the amount received cannot be cancelled, refunded or reversed at the customer’s request.

A build slot may, at the Company’s sole discretion and in writing, be rescheduled instead of cancelled. Any such accommodation is not an entitlement.

If the Company cannot accept or fulfil the reservation, or cancels a reservation for reasons not caused by the customer’s breach, the eligible amount received will be refunded to the original payment source and processed within 7 to 15 business days.

Nothing in these terms limits any statutory right available to the customer under applicable Indian consumer law.

10. Transfer of booking

A build slot cannot be sold, assigned or transferred to another person or organisation without prior written approval from the Company.

11. Customer information

The customer must provide accurate contact, billing, delivery and identity information. The Company may suspend or cancel a reservation if false, incomplete or misleading information is submitted.

12. Site and delivery responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery-location details and disclosing road-width, height, weight, turning-radius, crane-access and site restrictions.

Additional expenses arising from undisclosed or inaccurate site information may be charged separately after informing the customer.

13. Warranty and after-sales service

The applicable structural, material, equipment and workmanship warranties will be detailed in the final quotation, warranty document and purchase agreement.

No advertisement or verbal statement will override the written warranty issued by MIBEL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED.

14. Company’s right to refuse or cancel

The Company may refuse or cancel a reservation in cases involving payment failure, suspected fraud, duplicate booking, incorrect information, regulatory restrictions or circumstances that make production or delivery impractical.

If the cancellation is initiated solely by the Company and is not caused by the customer’s breach, the eligible amount received will be refunded.

15. Privacy and communication

The customer authorises the Company to use the submitted information for booking verification, quotations, design coordination, production updates, delivery arrangements and after-sales support.

Personal information will be handled according to the Company’s privacy policy and applicable Indian law.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms will be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith discussion between the customer and the Company.

Subject to applicable consumer-protection law, unresolved disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Imphal, Manipur.
